Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Consumable products that have been opened are non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• No Refunds on consumables 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
